Love is a tool. It is a valuable resource that transforms our community into becoming a more unified and peaceful place. There are multiple ways to use love. To better our society, we have to use the power of love with good intent and for justice. White supremacy and the status quo teach us not to love. It teaches us to fight with everyone around us and to compete with others.
Showing love is not necessarily a simple task.
Love is a requirement for the growth of our society. We must act with love and consistent endurance in the pursuit of a more just world for everyone. Violence, racism, sexism, divorce, hate, and abuse fill our society. As a society, we have to reflect on the obstacles we face. We must seek the power of love to drive out these evils.
Fighting for justice takes time and dedication. The progress we will make moving forward is more important than the time it will take us. Working for justice and love may require us to get up earlier and go to bed later. It requires us to get out of ourselves and to get into something good. The progress of our society affects all of us. We must all care about the work that needs to be done.
